By contacting us, you acknowledge and consent that:

  • Calls may be recorded or transcribed.

  • Information you provide may be used to schedule appointments, create customer records, or facilitate communication.

  • An AI system may answer your call before a member of our staff becomes involved.

You may request to speak with a human representative at any time.

4. Communications

By contacting Stillwater Landscape or providing your phone number or email address, you authorize us to communicate with you regarding:

  • Estimates

  • Scheduling

  • Appointment reminders

  • Project updates

  • Invoices

  • Customer service matters

Message and data rates may apply for text messages. You may opt out of non-essential text communications by replying STOP where applicable.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Identify known underground utilities, hazards, or property concerns not visible during site visits.
